Cancellation policy.

The short version

• Within 48 hours of booking — full refund, provided check-in is at least 14 days away.
• Up to one week before check-in — 50% refund.
• Inside the final week — no refund.

Why "firm"?

I block the calendar across all my listings the moment you confirm. A late cancellation usually means an empty unit — at that point I can't always rebook. The policy splits the risk fairly between us.

Exceptions

Documented emergencies — bereavement, hospitalization, named storms — handled case-by-case. Just call me.

Refunds

Issued through the original Stripe payment method, typically within 5 business days.
