Booking

Is it really cheaper to book direct?
Yes — you skip the third-party service fee, typically 10–15%. Same stay, same host, same keypad code, just less money. CT lodging tax still applies.
How do I pay?
After you submit an inquiry, I confirm availability and send you a Stripe payment link. No charge until you click it.
Is there a deposit?
For stays of 7+ nights I sometimes split into deposit + balance. I'll spell out the structure in your inquiry reply.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
10% off weekly stays, 15% off monthly. Traveling-nurse contracts, ask me directly.

Check-in

What time is check-in?
After 3 PM. Self check-in via keypad code, sent 48 hours before arrival.
What time is checkout?
Penthouse: 11 AM. Oak Haven: 10 AM. Late checkout sometimes possible — ask.
Where do I park?
Two dedicated off-street spots per unit. No street parking, no permits.

Property

Is there wifi?
Yes — fast wifi in both units. Network details on the welcome card inside.
Is there laundry?
Shared washer + dryer in the basement. Free to use.
Are the units air-conditioned?
Yes — window A/C units throughout.
Are they good for remote work?
Yes — both have a dedicated workspace and fast wifi. The Penthouse has the better setup if you're staying solo.

Pets

Are pets allowed?
Yes. Penthouse: 1 dog. Oak Haven: up to 2 dogs. No fee. Tell me on the inquiry form so I can leave a treat out.
Is there a yard?
Small shared yard. Westmoor Park is 8 minutes by car for a real walk.

Policies

What's the cancellation policy?
Firm. Full refund within 48 hours of booking if check-in is at least 14 days away. After that, 50% refund up to one week before check-in. Full policy →
Smoking?
Not allowed indoors. Outside is fine.
Parties or events?
No parties. Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. There's a long-term tenant on the first floor — please be a good neighbor.
