About this stay

The Penthouse is the top floor of a three-family home on a quiet residential street — vaulted ceilings, hardwood underfoot, and a private deck that looks out over the trees and rooftops of West Hartford's Park Road neighborhood.

Inside: a queen bed, a sofa bed in the living room, a full kitchen, an in-unit minibar with a small wine and spirits selection, and a dedicated workspace tucked under the eaves. The deck is the room you'll spend the most time in — coffee in the morning, a glass of something at sunset, takeout from Park Road in between.

Park Road is a two-minute walk; West Hartford Center is five minutes by car; downtown Hartford is fifteen.

Check-in & checkout

Self check-in via keypad after 3 PM. Checkout is 11 AM. Late checkout is sometimes possible — just ask.

Pets

One dog welcome. No fee. Tell me on the inquiry form so I can leave a treat out.

Stay length

2-night minimum, 365-night maximum. 10% off weekly stays, 15% off monthly.

Cancellation

Firm policy. Full refund within 48 hours of booking if check-in is at least 14 days away. After that, 50% refund up to one week before check-in. Full policy →

The basics

No smoking, no parties, quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. Max guests as listed (4). Be kind to the neighbors — there's a long-term tenant on the first floor.
